Super Dungeon Explore: Emerald Valley Warband

This weekend I finally finished up the last three Kinoshrooms of the Emerald Valley Warband for Super Dungeon Explore.  This is the first full boxed set that I've finished for SDE, so it's a nice feeling of accomplishment!

Super Dungeon Explore: Glimmerwing

This past weekend I finished my first Mini-Boss for Super Dungeon Explore:  Glimmerwing the Emerald Dragon from the Emerald Valley Warband.

Super Dungeon Explore: Silver Chevalier

At long last, I've gotten back to one of the heroes for SDE!  From the Super Dungeon Explore Emerald Valley Warband is the Silver Chevalier.

Super Dungeon Explore: Truffle Pigs

More progress on the Super Dungeon Explore Emerald Valley Warband:  four Truffle Pigs.

Super Dungeon Explore: Okoshrooms

Today features a couple of larger figures from the Super Dungeon Explore Emerald Valley Warband:  the two Okoshrooms.

Tale of War: The Diggin

Occasionally I pick up a figure just for the "rule of cool" rather than from an expectation of using it in a particular game.  This weekend I finished on such figure from the Tale of War line:  The Diggin.

Super Dungeon Explore: Fungal Growths

Today I made more progress on the Super Dungeon Explore Emerald Valley Warband with the Fungal Growth spawn points.

Super Dungeon Expore: Kinoshrooms

Going back to the chibi figures, here are the first of the Super Dungeon Explore Emerald Valley Warband:  the Kinoshrooms.

Low Life: Walloping Krong

On the heels of finishing up some cute chibi miniatures, I decided to jump to the other end of the spectrum and tackle one of the bizarre Low Life figures:  Walloping Krong.

Super Dungeon Explore: Mist Hounds

This weekend I finally finished up the two Mist Hounds from the Super Dungeon Explore Mistmourn Coast Warband.  These happen to be the final two figures for the Salt Pillar spawn point, as well.

Super Dungeon Explore: Salt

Following on the heels of the Tribal Stone, I decided to tackle a larger model from Super Dungeon Explore:  Salt (Faerie Mini-Boss) from the Mistmourn Coast Warband.

Super Dungeon Explore: Tribal Stone

This past week I finished up another figure from the Super Dungeon Explore: Forgotten King Kickstarter:  Tribal Stone (spawn point) from the Mistmourn Coast Warband.

Relic Knights: [Noh] Render

For a change of pace from my recent Frostgrave soldiers, I dug out one of my figures from Relic Knights:  the Noh Render.

Kings of War: Wissenland Crossbowmen (Pt. 2)

This weekend I was able to finish up my second troop of Wissenland Crossbowmen.

Frostgrave: New Soldiers (Pt. 2)

Continuing with my Frostgrave warband upgrade, I've completed two more figures from the Frostgrave Soldiers boxed set:  a Treasure Hunter and a Ranger.

Frostgrave: New Soldiers

After my first game of Frostgrave, I decided to order a box of plastic Frostgrave soldiers to provide more options for my warband (and to check out the quality of the plastic kits).  Because starting warbands were given a boost in the local Frostgrave League (to make them more competitive), I was able to upgrade my soldiers to more advanced options.  Releasing my previous soldiers, I now have a Knight, a Templar, two Marksmen, two Rangers, and a Treasure Hunter (the final slot is for the Construct).  Here are the first four models for my new soldier lineup!

Kings of War: Wissenland Crossbowmen

Continuing to add units to my Kingdoms of Men army for Kings of War, the latest is a troop of Wissenland Crossbowmen.

CAV: AEC Chieftain

During the recent CAV:SO II Kickstarter, I was inspired to paint up a couple of the CAV figures from the first KS.  For the longest time I couldn't think of a color scheme, but then inspiration struck and I had to get these completed:  72232 AEC Chieftain.

Reaper Bones: Town Guard

As you may have seen in my recent post about Frostgrave, I had a few Bones figures that haven't previously been detailed.  These are 92839-92842 Town Guard from the Bones II Expansion #2.

Frostgrave: My First Warband

A couple weeks ago I had my first opportunity to play Frostgrave, a fantasy skirmish wargame that I've been looking to get into for several months.  I had heard positive things about it, and my new FLGS has a league running biweekly games.  As you can see, I was able to use several of the Reaper Bones figures I've painted over the past few years to fill out the warband nicely!
